The NIU App and the NIU kick scooter pair to each other via Bluetooth. 

When the kick scooter is powered on, the Bluetooth indicator will begin to flash on the dashboard. 

Open the NIU App on your smart phone/device, register or log in and follow the instructions in the NIU App.
